Amintelecom is a specialized subsidiary of DotOne, building resilient, next-generation communication infrastructure. We combine low-Earth orbit satellite mesh networks, geostationary capacity and high-altitude UAV platforms to deliver reliable internet and voice where terrestrial networks cannot reach.
Our mandate is clear: move a meaningful portion of base-station capacity into the sky. Users connect directly with ordinary mobile phones — no specialized receiver and no SIM card — in villages and hard-to-reach areas, creating one of the region’s most valuable communication infrastructures, underpinned by DotOne’s proprietary blockchain.

LEO Mesh Satellites
The DotOne LEO constellation forms a dynamic low-Earth-orbit mesh — an interlinked, low-latency backbone covering wide areas. Its first satellite marks the start of orbital coverage.
GEO Satellites
Persistent, high-throughput capacity over fixed regions — the stable layer that complements the LEO mesh with continuous coverage and backhaul.
HAPS UAV Drones
Stratospheric platforms above 20 km acting as aerial base stations. 200 units will be deployed by year-end at planned separations across Iran.
Roadmap
From orbit to stratosphere
The inaugural satellite of the DotOne LEO constellation inaugurates the orbital layer of Amintelecom’s multi-tier network. Concurrently, by the end of the year, 200 HAPS UAV drones will take station above 20 kilometers at optimized distances from one another — aerial base stations bringing internet and voice to villages and hard-to-reach regions of Iran. Through this dual orbital-and-aerial campaign, DotOneCell becomes one of the most valuable communication infrastructures in the region, secured and monetized via DOTO Mine on DotOne’s proprietary blockchain.
